Role Description:
The Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our PR and marketing efforts by creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, executing strategic communication campaigns, and managing social media buying. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in PR or marketing and a strong ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
Develop and write high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials. - Social Media Management:
Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with followers. - Media Buying:
Plan, execute, and manage media buying across social media platforms to optimize ad spend and achieve targeted marketing objectives. - Media Relations:
Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and increase brand visibility. - Campaign Execution:
Support the execution of PR and marketing campaigns, including event planning, product launches, and promotional activities. - Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing and PR initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field. - Writing Skills:
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling content. - Social media:
Experience in managing social media accounts for brands, with a deep understanding of content strategy and audience engagement. - Media Buying:
Proven experience in media buying on social platforms, including planning, budgeting, and optimizing ad campaigns for maximum ROI. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Creativity:
