Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Identify clients' financial goals and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Utilize conversion and retention techniques to maximize client retention rates.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell our financial products and services to existing clients.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong desire to grow and develop within a stable and dynamic environment.
