Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be communicative, assertive, a real go-getter. Experience with B2B clients in the tech and finance sectors will be considered a plus. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Training is provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients in the tech and finance sectors.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  2. Account Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Understand clients' travel needs and preferences to provide tailored travel solutions.
    • Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  3. Client Support and Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements.
    • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to continually enhance service delivery.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report on sales and account management activities, including pipeline development, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
