System Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Manager to provide local IT support and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, a good working knowledge of computer hardware, and the ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 and VPN services effectively. Experience in a similar role and basic system administration skills on Windows are highly desirable. Experience working in a call center environment will be considered an advantage.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide local IT support to ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 operating systems and VPN services.
• Maintain and manage computer hardware, ensuring all devices are in optimal working condition.
• Assist in the basic system administration of Windows environments, including user account management, software installations, and updates.
• Offer support and guidance to end-users on IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
• Utilize basic network knowledge to assist in the management and troubleshooting of network-related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation related to IT processes, issues, and solutions.
• Explore opportunities to improve IT services and support, including the potential use of scripting languages (e.g., PSPY, BASH) to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar IT support or management role.
• Experience working in a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good working knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10 and VPN services.
• Basic system administration experience on Windows platforms.
• Basic understanding of network concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PSY, BASH, etc., is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an IT management role.
• Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Professional).
• Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
